W niedzielę 29 lutego odbyliśmy pierwsze spotkanie klubu HIT.
W grupie tym razem 9 osób, oglądaliśmy filmy z warsztatów i wykładów Wernera Meincholda.
Były wśród nas osoby, które brały udział w tych warsztatach, mogły się więc zobaczyć po latach na ekranie, były też osoby, które dopiero poznają idee i metodę Wernera i wchodzą w świat hipnointegracyjnej psychoterapii głębi; mogły one zobaczyć Wernera, poczuć jego myśl, jego styl, posłuchać wykładów.
Jedni mieli możliwość wspominać i wydobyć z oglądanych treści nowe wątki i myśli, drudzy mieli okazje posłuchać od bezpośrednich świadków jak to było na początku, jak metoda Wernera rozwijała się dla nich w ?ich praktykę? psychoterapii – hipnoterapii.
Było bardzo pożytecznie, twórczo i przyjemnie, było dużo dobrej akceptującej atmosfery, pełnej też humoru i śmiechu.
No i było smacznie, smakowicie nawet; min. pasta słonecznikowa i sernik Sidoni przetarły nam i otworzyły jedną z bramek szlaku dopaminowego do chwili przyjemności.
Spotkania Klubu to powrót do idei i praktyki spotkań w ramach Towarzystwa i osób zainteresowanych metodą hipnoterapii Wernera Meincholda, które kiedyś już się odbywały.
Jest to też propozycja abyśmy kontynuując jednocześnie twórczo rozwijali praktykę spotykania się w formule klubu. Tak aby stała się ona cenną okazją do pogłębiania rozumienia metody Wernera, do głośnego myślenia, wymiany doświadczeń, inspirowania się, wspierania poprzez interwizje, też do doświadczenia przyjemności rozmowy i towarzystwa.
Nazwaliśmy klub ? Klub HIT, ponieważ to skrót nazwy metody Wernera, odpowiedni, zwięzły i energetyczny w brzmieniu, wydaje nam się dobry na nazwę i zawołanie Klubu. Można go też rozumieć jak anagram na wiele sposobów, np. hipnotyczna integracja twórcza, hipnotyczne inspiracje terapeutyczne, hipnoza – inspiracja – terapia, hipnotyczna integracja terapii.
Można jeszcze zapewne wymyślić wiele innych znaczeń ? HIT, zapraszamy Was do tworzenia swoich wersji, każdą opublikujemy i nagrodzimy.
Mamy wielką nadzieję, że Klub stanie się ważnym i dobrym dla nas i dla Towarzystwa jako społeczności hipnoterapeutów miejscem uczenia się, integracji, promowania hipnozy i metody Wernera oraz innych komplementarnych metod terapii i uzdrawiania.
W trakcie każdego spotkania Klubu planujemy kilka form i treści:
– mini prezentacje idei i technik metody Wernera i dyskusje
– dyskusje łączenia (aplikacji) metody Wernera z innymi metodami
– demonstracje technik i metod innych komplementarnych terapii
– interwizje pracy z pacjentem, aplikacji metody Wernera
– mini sesje twórczego myślenia na tematy ważne dla uczestników, dla Towarzystwa
– wymianę doświadczeń i wzajemne inspiracje
– rozmowy w kuluarach
– chwile smakowania
Zapraszamy na następne spotkanie Klubu ? HIT ? 26.02.2017, tak jak poprzednio na ulicy Sokołowskiego 24, koszt lub raczej inwestycja w uczestnictwo w spotkanie Klubu wynosi 30 zł.

2 spotkanie Klubu HITDRUGIE SPOTKANIA KLUBU już za nami (26.02.2017), jego inspiracje wciąż w nas pracują, integrują się z tym co już ?wiedzieliśmy?, w głębsze, nowe, pewniejsze spojrzenie na własną praktykę.
Tematem głównym spotkania było 5 MĄDROŚCI TERAPEUTYCZNYCH: ciepło, wiedza, wiarygodność(prawda, autentyczność), obecność, wiara w cuda.
W mądrościach terapeutycznych wyróżnionych przez Wernera Meinholda zawarte są praktyczne wskazówki, jaka postawa terapeutyczna powinna cechować terapeutę oraz jak i jaką relację terapeutyczną powinien on tworzyć z osobą, aby wesprzeć proces uzdrawiania.
Tych wskazówek i inspiracji tym razem szukaliśmy analizując wykład Wernera na temat mądrości terapeutycznej jaką jest – CIEPŁO.
Dużo było dyskusji, jak każdy z nas rozumie Ciepło w relacji i jak może je okazywać, praktykować w pracy terapeutycznej metodą HITT.
Oglądając wykład Wernera Meinholda z 2010 roku, analizowaliśmy między innymi tematy:
– ciepło: czym jest ciepło w relacji terapeutycznej, czym poza bezwarunkową akceptację i bezwarunkową miłością, czym poza sygnałami jakie terapeuta wysyła do osoby i jak ciepło terapeuty jest odbierane przez osobę w terapii,
– jedność przeciwieństw: jak je rozumieć w terapii – założenie, że każda cecha/wartość w swoim maksymalnym natężeniu przychodzi (może przejść) w swoje przeciwieństwo, np. przyjemność w cierpienie, oraz sytuacje kiedy osoba w terapii w niezwykły sposób łączy w jedno zachowanie-objaw oba przeciwne sobie aspekty.,
– kontinuum stanów: przyjemność i cierpienie to kontinuum (a nie rozdzielne stany), osoba w terapii i terapeuta poruszają się w jakimś przedziale tego kontinuum, dobrze aby przedziały w jakim poruszają się terapeuta i osoba w terapii zachodziły na siebie, co pomaga terapeuci akceptować i podążać za doświadczeniem osoby w terapii
– ekspresja ciepła w relacji: różnimy się pomiędzy sobą ekspresją emocji, czy musimy wg. jednego wzorca wysyłać ciepło – akceptację i miłość ( terapeuta jako symboliczna matka), czy jest taki wzorzec ciepła, który bez względu na osobowość terapeuty osoba w terapii musi otrzymać, żeby odczuć ciepło; jak ważne jest pierwsze spojrzenie, spojrzenie, które wita osobę, ten ciepły akceptujący błysk w oku, kiedy się witamy.
– praktykowanie ciepła w relacji: co jeszcze pomiędzy błyskiem w oku a uważnym słuchaniem, skupieniem na osobie i opowieści ( pytaniu) i odpowiadaniem z namysłem, z wnętrza, może mieć znaczenie.
Było tematów dyskusji jeszcze więcej, również te osobiste, nie wypowiedziane wglądy i inspiracje, które płynęły do nas z różnych stron, z doświadczenia obecności i wspólnej rozmowy.
Był też humor i śmiech, i tak jak poprzednio było smacznie. Mam wrażenie że nawet jeszcze smaczniej i obficiej. Transowe brownie Magdy, łamiący lody sernik Ani, dodająca oleju w głowie pasta słonecznikowa Ani, dokarmiały nas i gruntowały podkład pogody ciała pod myślenie.
Zapraszamy na następne spotkanie Klubu ? HIT ? 26.03.2017 o godzinie 15.30, tak jak poprzednio na ulicy Sokołowskiego 24, inwestycja wynosi jedynie 30 zł.

Formuła spotkań Klubu coraz bardziej się rozwija i umacnia; uczymy się na dwóch poziomach, poznając i dyskutując prawa i mechanizmy metody Wernera, jednocześnie umacniając i rozwijając sposób w jaki rozmawiamy, wymieniamy doświadczenia, opowiadamy o przypadkach z pracy, tak aby czerpać z tego maksymalnie dużo inspiracji.
Współczynnik wnikliwości i inspiracji z naszych analiz i rozmów rośnie; zapraszamy przyjdź – sprawdź, doświadcz, podziel się, weź czego potrzebujesz, żeby wrócić w poniedziałek do pomagania bogatszy choćby o jedną inspirującą uwagę.
Tematami tego spotkania Klubu było kilka ważnych wątków psychoterapii inicjowanych analizą wykładu Wernera z 2010 roku;
- faza symbiotyczna i jej ? nieświadome odbicie? w relacji terapeutycznej; po co pacjent potrzebuje terapii i terapeuty, czy i po co terapeuta potrzebuje pacjenta,
- relacja terapeutyczna – kwartet terapeutyczny; co wnosi do terapii osoba pacjenta, co wnosi osoba – terapeuty,
- choroba i terapia jako obiekty w terapii, w relacji terapeutycznej; jaką pełnią funkcję i co się z nimi ?dzieje? w procesie relacji, przeniesienia, w hipnozie,
- choroba i jej sens, i co z nią robimy w terapii: usuwamy czy czynimy zbędną,
- choroba jako komunikacja; co komunikuje choroba, kto(co) jest odbiorcą a kto(co) jest nadawcą w chorobie, w objawie,
- poziomy świadomości z jakimi osoba – pacjent przychodzi, wchodzi w terapię i jak wobec tego może (powinien) zachować się terapeuta,
- dwa sprzeczne impulsy, instancje; jedna która powołuje chorobę aby przez nią coś uzdrowić i druga, która chce się jej po prostu pozbyć, zrzucić z siebie,
- zakres aktywności terapeuty w relacji, wobec pytania – problemu pacjenta; kim dosłownie, symbolicznie, metaforycznie jest terapeuta dla (wobec) pacjenta
Tematów było jeszcze więcej, nie sposób ich w tym krótkim streszczeniu pomieścić, nie ma też chyba takiej potrzeby; po prostu, zapraszamy na spotkanie, przyjdź, dodaj swoją perspektywę, i weź całość.
Tradycyjnie, było dużo dobrej rozmowy, atmosfera ciekawości, swobodnej uśmiechniętej towarzyskiej pogawędki, były też smaki, przygotowane tym razem na cało przez Anie. Jeżeli poznać można osobę po jej dziełach, to samo tylko smakowite porywające czekoladowo – owocowe ciasto Ani daje jej świadectwo najwyższej osobistej jakości.
W trakcie rozmów na temat formuły klubu, pojawił się pomysł, żeby co jakiś czas (do ustalenia) dodawać do spotkania klubu tematyczny wykład. Tematy wykładów mogłyby być różne, powiązane jednak z metodą Wernera, z psychoterapią, z hipnozą, z pomaganiem.

Zapraszamy na następne spotkanie Klubu ? HIT ? które tym razem odbędzie się dopiero w maju ? 28.05.2017, na ulicy Sokołowskiego 24, inwestycja wynosi jedynie 30 zł.
